CEO's Message

Firstly, I would like to thank you for showing an interest in joining our organisation. You have, I am sure, looked at other organisations recently as well, and are probably currently weighing up your options as to where to peg your flag. So the big question then must be  "why should I consider joining SPAR over any other company or organisation?" Well, our organisation is built on a foundation of family orientation, therefore we have a culture that provides a sense of belonging whilst striving to maximise our performance.

With this in mind, we welcome opportunities to add new blood to our SPAR family, so if you think that these values represent your own… then we may just be the perfect fit. It is a great organisation that allows for personal growth and the development of the individual within its structure and beyond – and I should know, I’ve been with the company for 19 years.
