In addition, we have several programs in place offering additional training in many spheres. If you grow we grow, and that is our goal.
In keeping with the above we have structured our organisation so that each Regional Head Office (or Distribution Centre as they are known at SPAR) has a Human Resources Department. Our Human Resource professionals are passionate about bringing new talent into the organisation and growing that talent to its full potential.
